These Terms of Use govern your use of multiaskai.com (“the Service”), operated by Thinkly for Digital Business. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The Service
The Service lets you submit a question and receive answers generated by third-party AI model providers. It is provided free of charge, without accounts, and is supported by advertising. We may change, limit or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not upload images you have no right to use, or images containing other people’s personal data without their permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass daily limits, rate limits or other technical controls, and do not access the Service with automated tools except as we explicitly allow.
- Do not submit passwords, payment details or other confidential information.
Usage limits
Use is subject to a daily question limit that depends on your location and to a global monthly budget. When a limit is reached, wait for the reset at midnight UTC. We may adjust limits without notice.
AI answers
Answers are generated automatically by third-party AI models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or biased, and they are not professional advice. See our AI Disclaimer. You are responsible for how you use the answers.
Content you submit
You keep any rights you hold in your questions and images. You grant us and our providers a limited licence to process them solely to generate answers and operate the Service, including anonymous caching as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish your questions.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design and its text (excluding AI answers and your content) belong to Thinkly for Digital Business or its licensors. Model family names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the source of an answer.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thinkly for Digital Business is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI answers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service, which is zero.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of the operator, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where you live.
